Caryn Solutions, LLC, was founded in 2005 by Caryn Sabes Hacker, ACSW, DCSW, who began writing books and articles for growing minds during her 24-year career as a psychotherapist and motivational speaker.
Caryn Solutions uses children’s storybooks to illustrate difficult issues and introduce sound and practical solutions to effect growth of character and instill a sense of personal responsibility. This is accomplished utilizing the gentle, therapeutic approach of story-telling to positively effect inner growth. Caryn Solution's books create an enjoyable experience for children of all ages and are a unique resource for educators, mental health professionals, therapists, counselors, leaders, and parents seeking practical solutions to key children's issues.
Ms. Hacker is a graduate of the University of Kentucky (BA), and earned her Masters Degree from the University of Louisville. A contributing writer for the Naples Daily News, Ms. Hacker’s work has also appeared in The Kansas City Parent magazine along with Kids, Kids, Kidz and Twins Magazines. Additionally, she has presented seminars regarding family and personal health topics for educational settings including teacher in-services and PTA seminars and for companies such as: Xerox Corporation, DuPont, Revlon, The Gap, The Ford Foundation, Prudential Insurance, Sony Music and the NBC News Team.
